Qualifications:
- Singapore Registered Civil Professional Engineer

Experiences:
-More than 6 years in Civil Engineering Works/ Earthworks/ Pipe Laying Works/ Sewers Works
-Familiar with LTA codes, standards, regulations and practices
-To provide professional advice to the Project Teams during project implementation

Skills:
-Civil Professional Engineer registered in Singapore

Salary: 6000-7000 per month

2. Contracts Manager
 
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering

Experiences:
-Experience in contracts administration
-Supervise the estimation works prepared by QS
-To work out the cost and time schedule of each project
-Overseeing and executing all job tasks pertaining to tender award

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and PR skills
-Driving license preferred

Salary: 6000-8000 per month

3. Site Engineer

Qualifications:
-Degree/ Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering

Experiences:
-Preferably with some experience in civil works/ earthworks/ pipe laying/ sewers works
-To plan and manage pre, actual and post construction issues with the Clients, Consultants and Authorities
-To ensure safety regulations are being implemented and observed at the project site

Skills:
-Driving license preferred
-Hot Work Safety Assessor
-Confined Space Assessor

Salary: 2000-2400 per month

4. Project Manager

Qualifications:
-Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering

Experiences:
-2-3 years working experiences in civil works/ earthworks/pipe laying works/ sewers works
-Monitor progress strictly accordance with the agreed time schedule
-To manage and execute the project to be cost effective, time delivery, quality standards and meets client expectations
-Day to day management of the construction process

Skills:
-Driving license preferred
-Construction Safety for Project Managers

Salary: 3000-4000 per month

 

5. Quantity Surveyors

Qualifications:
-Diploma/Degree in Building/ Civil & Structural Engineering/ Quantity Surveying

Experiences:
-Experience in doing detailed estimation, costing and tender submission
-Experience in doing project claims
-Attending to all relevant administration and documentation for the project

Skills:
-Equipped with PC knowledge

Salary: 2000-2400 per month

Project Manager [CLOSED]

Job Responsibilities

1. Management of ACMV Services in Construction Site
2. Planning, coordinating and implement project plans according to contracted schedules
3. To design and execute work programmes to achieve efficiencies
4. To provide customers with technical support and engineering solution
5. To liaise and coordinate with Consultant / Architect / Authority / Main Contractor
6. Day to day supervision and monitoring of the projects
7. Management of sub contract & variation claim
8. Manage, dedicate and organize for Engineers, QS and drafters for details work to meet schedule
9. Contract , Planning & Award of sub-contractors / vendors
10. Contract & Procurement of Materials
11. To provide real time feedback to the management and customers on the progress and problems relevant to the project

Requirements

• 5 - 10 years relevant working experience
• Degree in Mechanical
• Cleanroom experience preferred
• Computer Literate
• Able to work under pressure
• State current salary & expected salary.
• Singaporean or PR only
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
