Marketing Manager

Role:

•Assist in formulation of strategic Marketing Plan for both home users and professional end users (replacement) for Singapore
•Plan and implement marketing activities for home users and professional end users (replacement) in accordance to strategic plan to achieve or exceed agreed budget for Singapore
•Effective and efficient management of Marcom budget for assigned segments (MR/TR)
•Work close with regional marketing managers, product managers and sales on new product launches and campaigns
•Conduct research to understand market insights for home users and professional end users (replacement) and through analysis develop marketing plans to reach end users.Profile
- Business degree, specialization : Marketing
- About 5 - 7 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing in a FMCG industry
- Well developed leadership and interpersonal skills with a good understanding of people management
- Result oriented, passionate, self-driven, resourceful, energetic and a high level of integrity

RF Engineer

Role

Provide wireless systems engineering services to an established client base. Provide support and analyses to clients in the areas of wireless system requirements gathering, RF planning, implementation support, and enhancements of wireless telecommunication networks and develop the necessary documentation to support the appropriate engineering tasks. Determine customer requirements for new microwave backhaul networks, perform gap analyses for new backhaul networks, and develop new high-level microwave backhaul network designs. Support wireless system projects, including technology assessment, feasibility analysis, radio network planning, site survey analysis, path analysis, frequency planning, and interference analyses.

Qualifications

• Degree in electric, electronic engineering with 6+ years of experience with wireless mobile network design and optimization
• Knowledge of wireless network standards and air interface protocols of at least two of the main technologies, including GSM/GPRS, EDGE, CDMA and TDMA
• Knowledge of electromagnetic theory, antenna theory and radio propagation fundamentals, RF intermediation analysis, RF Harmonics, and frequency deconfliction
• Knowledge of propagation analysis, traffic engineering, system technology, and RF manufacturers and vendors
• Experience in RF environment in hospital
