Project Manager [CLOSED]

Job Responsibilities

1. Management of ACMV Services in Construction Site
2. Planning, coordinating and implement project plans according to contracted schedules
3. To design and execute work programmes to achieve efficiencies
4. To provide customers with technical support and engineering solution
5. To liaise and coordinate with Consultant / Architect / Authority / Main Contractor
6. Day to day supervision and monitoring of the projects
7. Management of sub contract & variation claim
8. Manage, dedicate and organize for Engineers, QS and drafters for details work to meet schedule
9. Contract , Planning & Award of sub-contractors / vendors
10. Contract & Procurement of Materials
11. To provide real time feedback to the management and customers on the progress and problems relevant to the project

Requirements

• 5 - 10 years relevant working experience
• Degree in Mechanical
• Cleanroom experience preferred
• Computer Literate
• Able to work under pressure
• State current salary & expected salary.
• Singaporean or PR only
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
